Troy Borough will be using the Bradford County CodeRED telephone alert system for future emergency and general notifications. When the Borough has an announcement that must be communicated to residents, it will be generated through the Bradford County Emergency System. Using this system will allow us to notify the entire community when needed, or just the residents in an affected area, thereby, not unnecessarily alarming or confusing others.
To sign up, go to https://bradfordcountypa.org/emergency-notifications/ and click on the "Get It Now" button. If you do not want to make an account, just click the no button, then the continue button and fill in your information. Quick and easy.
If anyone has any questions or needs help, please be sure to call the County at 570-265-5022 between 8 AM and 4 PM, to be added to the list.
This service is provided by the county and is also used to advise of severe weather, evacuations and other important notices.
