If enacted,
the Ordinance will adopt the
2024 edition of the International
Property Maintenance
Code (IPMC). The IPMC will
impose regulations governing
property conditions, maintenance,
utilities and safety
standards, as well as provisions
for permits, fees and
penalties for violations thereof.
A copy of the full text of
the International Property
Maintenance Code is available
for inspection at the Troy Borough
Municipal Building during
normal business hours
and at such other times, by
appointment.
