Sealed proposals will be received by: Troy Borough of Bradford County, PA at 49 Elmira Street, Troy PA 16947 until 3:00pm on June 25, 2026 to be opened on June 25, 2026 at 12:00pm and awarded at Council Meeting at 6:00pm for the following:
Roadway Paving Contract:
Contractor will perform approximately 1,651 SY of roadway surface milling, and furnish and place approx 174 ton of 25mm Asphalt Base, approx 167 ton of 19mm Asphalt Binder and approx 66 ton of 9.5mm asphalt wearing course. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% is required of all bidders for each contract.
Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
